In an emotion-filled speech, Eunice Forbes, thanked fellow colleagues and professionals who have supported her and said, “It is with great humility that I accepted this honour. There is still a great deal of work to be done, especially for women in construction and the disabled. I will continue to serve the industry, dedicating time to health and safety and the safety of children in playgrounds.”
